                            產品概況                     

                        

                            金屬氧化避雷器是電力系統各類電氣設備(變壓器﹑電抗器﹑發電機﹑電動機﹑ PT﹑CT﹑斷路器﹑接觸器等)絕緣配合的基礎,由避雷器的保護性能確定電力系統 所有電氣設備的內外絕緣指標(短時工頻耐壓﹑雷電沖擊耐壓和操作沖擊耐壓等)。 該產品的核心工作元件采用以氧化鋅為主的多元素金屬氧化物粉末燒制,具有優異的 非線性狀-安特性,陡波響應快,通流容量大。有間隙產品采用自吹間隙,帶均壓照射 結構,降低了放電的分散性,沖擊系統小。復合絕緣外套的采用,順應了國際電力產品 小型化﹑安全化﹑免維護的發展趨勢。高分子有機復合材料與傳統的陶瓷和玻璃等無機材料 相比,具有體積小﹑重量輕﹑耐污穢免清掃﹑防爆防震動的優點。是集成化﹑模塊化的中高壓 輸變電成套設備中首選的防雷原件。

                                1.10kv避雷器】概述                             

                                    避雷器是一種過電壓保護器,主要用于保護電力系統、鐵道電氣化系統、通訊系統中的各種電氣設備(變壓器、開關、電容器、阻波器、互感器、發電機、電動力、電力電纜等)免遭大氣過電壓、操作過電壓和工頻暫態過電壓等損壞,是電力系統絕緣配合的基礎。                             

                                

                                                                  

                                

                                    2.過電壓保護器與避雷器的區別:                             

                                

                                    過電壓保護器是屬于電力行業一種先進的避雷器部分替代品,它的作用相當于避雷器,但又與傳統的避雷器不同。                             

                                

                                    1避雷器只能是相地保護(單相保護,每組用三個),即可以相地保護也可以相間保護(三相)。                             

                                

                                    2:過電壓保護器一般安裝在柜體內,而傳統的避雷器既可以安裝在柜體內也可以安裝在箱體外(箱體外部的基本上都是避雷器)。

                                    5.10kv避雷器】使用須知                             

                                

                                    1、避雷器在安裝使用前,應存放在清潔、干燥的房間,不得受到腐蝕性氣體或者液體的腐蝕。                             

                                

                                    2、避雷器在投入運行前,應作預防性試驗,在投入運行后,也應定期(10KV以下避雷器5年一次,35KV及以上避雷器2年一次)做如下試驗并參照附表與運行前的數據進行對比。                             

                                

                                    A:測量避雷器的絕緣電阻;                             

                                

                                    B:測量避雷器的直流1mA電壓;                             

                                

                                    C:測量0.75倍直流1mA下的泄漏電流;
